Who Answers the Phone?...

One of the first things you’ll notice when you’re dealing with Mrs Mortgage is that it’s Mrs Mortgage herself that answers the phone. You don’t get a secretary or someone who says “Mrs Mortgage will call you back”.

It won’t always be this way of course but even when I have a great big building filled with people you’ll still be able to get through to me. This is my way. It’s how I work.
